Important Information

New HOA Management

• As of June 1, 2025 Professional Association Services, INC will be the new management service. Lisa Eisenberg has moved to the new company and will stay as the contact. 

Landscaping 

• AB 38 Landscape Measures Slideshow

• Attached is the map with sections marked; there are 9 of them. Each section takes 1-2 weeks to complete.  We should be able to finish one full rotation of all 9 sections within a quarter (three months).  This allows for a few interruptions and delays for seasonal fluctuations, special requests, rain days and holidays.

Weekly Update

• 10/6- the crew finished Section 9 and did 70% of Section 1.

• 10/13- the crew will continue in Section 1 and probably get to Section 2.
