We do not provide direct social media connections, but several are available created by members for you to join. You can use these to meet other members, find information, and setup activities. If you would like to create a new social media group through Facebook or other platform, please email Lisa Eisenberg with details of the group to be approved by the board and have the link placed below..
Facebook There is a private Facebook group for residents of our complex only. Discussion in the group pertain to our complex only and is a place to post informal activities, make connections, etc.
Nextdoor is a social media site designed to connect neighbors. Our complex has a group named Villa Los Alamos, which you can join after signing up with the site. You can set the preferences for only seeing posts from our complex, or select to receive several from surrounding areas.
If you would like to organize and sponsor an official event, please submit a proposal to Lisa Eisenberg to forward to the board for approval. Once approved it will be added to the Activities calendar and included in the monthly newsletter mailed out by EMBC.
Martha, one of our new residents, will be offering water aerobics classes to residents in the Lap Pool on Sunday's at 10am. The cost is $10 per session.
This is an annual event that allows residents to setup items for sale in front of their garage. Due to association policies, this is the only time that garage sales are permitted.
This is an annual event that follows the garage sale and invites all residents to the BBQ area for a potluck picnic. Please bring something to share, utensils, paper plates, etc, are provided from the clubhouse. The BBQ will be prepped with coals for those who wish to bring things to BBQ.
We want to encourage a sense of community and connection within our complex. If you want to setup events and invite neighbors, you have a few options.
You can submit it to the board for approval to become an association event and have it listed on the activities calendar for all owners and residents to attend. Please contact Lisa Eisenberg to submit your proposal to the board.
If you wish to be more informal, you can post your activity with details to one of the social media sites like the Facebook group. Activities might include going hiking, playing tennis, basketball, fitness groups, or arts and crafts, etc. Any activity must respect the use rights of other residents and can not exclude them from common areas, except the club house and BBQ area, when reserved in advance.
The Club House is available for reservations in advance by all residents for personal events and not available on a regular basis. Please consult the activities calendar to determine availability. To reserve the clubhouse contact Rosemary Peterson at (707-539-3222).
The Main Pool is available to all residents with a maximum of four guests. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times.
The pools and saunas are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Residents are limited to four (4) guests at a time unless prior permission has been obtained from the Board of Directors.
Keys are to be used by residents only and are not to be duplicated. Please advise the property manager of lost keys.
Only swimsuits and clean hemmed cut-offs are suitable swimming attire.
Long hair should be tied back or a swimmer’s cap worn in the pools.
Pets, roller skates, bicycles, and skateboards are prohibited in the pool areas.
Only plastic containers or aluminum cans shall be used in the pool areas, and only for water or beverages. Absolutely no glass or food is allowed.
Anyone under the age of fourteen (14) shall be accompanied by an adult in all pool areas.
All items (including trash) brought to the pool by a resident or their guest must be removed when leaving the pool area.
Gates to the pool area must remain locked except when passing through. Keys are not to be left in the locks. Do not climb over the fence.
Residents are encouraged to question strangers using the pool and other facilities.
Pool hours are 7:30am to 10:00pm. Please be considerate of residents in pool-adjacent units. There should be no excessive noise.
Pool season is from May 1 through October 31. The pools will remain closed November 1 through April 30.
The saunas are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Food shall not be taken into the saunas. Please turn off the lights and turn down the thermostat when leaving the sauna.

The BBQ areas is available to all residents and may be reserved for personal use. Interested residents can reserve this area by putting their name, date, and time on the dry erase board on a first come, first serve basis.
These areas are open for residents' use during the day without need for reservation.
This is a state park within walking distance of our complex. It offers a variety of recreational activities including; hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. During the summer months, a swimming area is staffed with lifeguards and a snack bar.
Hwy 12 going East from our complex includes many of Sonoma Counties many wonderful wineries, including; St. Francis, Ledson, Chateau St. Jean, and Kenwood, just to name a few. Many of them offer various activities open to the general public.
This shopping complex is a short walk (about 15 mins) from Villa Los Alamos. Take a left outside our complex and a right on Melita Rd and stay to the right with a right on Queen Anne's Dr., which brings you to the crosswalk across form the shopping center. The complex includes an Anytime fitness center, Massage Envy, and Rick's Eastbound Cafe.
