Our homeowners association has an elected supervising board responsible for developing policy to govern our association. They conduct an annual meeting to approve the yearly budget, association policy, and projects, as well as special meetings as the need arises. All owners are entitled to run for office and vote in the regular elections, which are conducted by mail in ballot provided by EMBC and results announced at the annual meeting.
Contacts for the association board members are not listed due to a respect for their privacy and concerns should be sent to Lisa Eisenberg to be forwarded on to the board.
The Board meets conducts an annual meeting to approve the budget, projects, and update policy. Special board meetings are conducted as need with advance notice and agendas emailed out by EMBC to all homeowners. Meetings are conducted in a hybrid format in the Clubhouse that allow residents to attend remotely by Zoom. All owners are entitled to attend the regularly scheduled meetings, but must follow meeting rules. Renters should address questions to their landlords to be forwarded to the board.
